Magoula is situated in western Attiki, within a mental triangle among Mandra, Elefsina and Aspropyrgos in the Thriasian plateau. The locations of Tsakali, Patima and Neos Pondos are situated in the outskirts of our town.

Contemporary Magoula is a middle-size town mutating from an agricultural community into a modern industrial transport center.

Due to the recent development there was a population boost of over 100% in the last twenty years.

In the year 2006 Magoula Community became a Municipality. Apart from the Town Hall visitors can see the Cultural Center, the Post Office and our schools. A panoramic view of the Thriasian plateau is offered from St. Eli hill with the old temple and the coffee-shop for landscape lovers.
